We are New Jersey’s only DDD provider agency with a specialized focus on post-graduate School-to-Adult-Life Transition Services for young adults- aged 21-30 years old in the South Jersey region.
All of our Programs are designed to help individuals with special needs and diverse learning challenges transition from the world of school into the world of adulthood.
We specialize in this focus niche because we understand that leaving secure education supports that are mandated by law and moving into a system where services are less certain can often be a daunting and confusing time in life for Students and their Families.
Our Brilliance Advocates are experts at providing a continuum of services and supports for Members at all levels and stages of their desire and ability.
